      I am SujeevKumar from Nadi, Fiji Islands. I am an baking and patisserie trainer at Technical College of Fiji Nadi campus. Being an academic, our core duty is to do research. My main research interest lies in studying about more baking and patisserie units, which can be helpful to my trainees
